  • Presentation

I am currently a PhD student in Microbiology in the EmerSys team at the IRHS of Angers where I am working on the impact of T6SS-mediated competition on seed microbiota assembly dynamic.

Skills : molecular biology, microbes-microbes interactions, profiling and ecology of natural and synthetic microbial communities, seed microbiome.

  • Professional Experience

2018 : Master 2 Internship at the Microbial Ecology Laboratory (LEM – Villeurbanne, France).

Topic : « Relationship between the number of phytoprotective functions co-occurring in fluorescent Pseudomonas and their ability to inhibit the growth of phytopathogenic microorganisms ».

Skills : biocontrol, bacteria-fungus interactions, metabolomic, molecular biology, confocal microscopy.

2017 : Master 1 Internship at the Microbial Ecology Laboratory (LEM – Villeurbanne, France).
